PermAlert offers a variety of leak detection and location systems which are designed to monitor areas where fluid may damage equipment, property or contaminate the environment. Typical applications include subfloors, file storage areas, cable trays, electrical & mechanical rooms, sprinkler systems, drain lines, fuel tanks, single and dual walled piping.
- PermAlert utilizes Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology to continuously monitor for liquids – Echo pulses are reflected back to the monitoring panel indicating the exact location of the leak
- Sensing cables are chemically resistant and can detect water-based liquids, diesel fuel, hydrocarbons, acids, bases and solvents
- Probes and float switches monitor for water based and/or hydrocarbon liquids at specific locations
- PAL-AT panel monitors up to 4 cables each with a maximum length of 7500 ft. per cable – detects water based and hydrocarbon liquids
- LiquidWatch panel monitors up to 64 probes and floats – detects water, diesel fuel, hydrocarbons and solvents
- FluidWatch panel monitors up to 125 feet of sensing cable – detects water based liquids
- Palcom Software – Centralized monitoring leak detection panels with event archiving
- Graphic Locator System: AutoCAD drawing displays the location of a leak
